Returned when the phone's current network is not a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. This could mean they are using mobile data, or are connected to a Wi-Fi network broadcasting at a bandwidth other than 2.4GHz.

The user would need to connect to a different network, or enter the Wi-Fi SSID manually to continue with the pairing flow.
